LYSAGHT® Residential Roofing and Rainwater Goods Warranty
When installed and maintained as specified in the warranty, available to download below, we warrant:
- that the LYSAGHT® roofing products used in your home will not corrode to perforation for a period of 25 years
- that the LYSAGHT® roofing and rainwater products used in your home will not flake or peel for a period of 12 years
- that the LYSAGHT® guttering, flashings and downpipes used in your home will not corrode to perforation for a period of 12 year
You will receive a document from your builder containing instructions on maintaining your roofing and rainwater products, the full terms and conditions, and a unique number to use when registering your warranty online.

LYSAGHT® Complete Fence Warranty
When a LYSAGHT® fence is installed to our specifications and regularly maintained we will warrant for a period of 10 years:
- that the materials and manufacture are free from defects
- that the materials will not suffer perforation from natural weathering
- that a LYSAGHT® fence can be used in regions that experience winds up to 216km/h as defined by Australian wind codes
When installing a LYSAGHT® fence made from COLORBOND®, ensure that your warranty covers perforation of components as well as the performance of the fence as a system. LYSAGHT® Complete Shed Warranty
When installed and maintained to our specifications, BlueScope Lysaght warrants that the LYSAGHT® products used in your shed (sized between 36m2 and 85m2) will as a minimum, perform as set out below:
- LYSAGHT® structural members will perform as set out in our published load tables for 15 years
- LYSAGHT® roofing and walling used in your shed will not corrode to perforation for a period of 15 years
- LYSAGHT® roofing and walling used in your shed will not flake or peel for a period of 12 years
