Product Description and Features
LYSAGHT PANELRIB® has a fluted profile making it suitable for many applications where flat sheet would not normally be considered. The longitudinal flutes provide rigidity along the length of the sheet while retaining full flexibility across the width.
- Can be used on exterior and interior walls and on straight or curved surfaces with flutes horizontal or vertical
- Long, straight lengths minimise fixing costs
- Available in a wide variety of COLORBOND® steel colours and ZINCALUME® steel
Warnings
- LYSAGHT PANELRIB® is only suitable in for use for walling in non-cyclonic areas
- Only suitable in non-cyclonic areas
- If end laps are necessary because of very long runs, allow at least 75mm lap - a suitable seal is required for external conditions

Material Specification
- ZINCALUME® steel made from zinc-aluminium alloy coated steel complying with AS1397-2001, G550 (550MPa minimum yield stress), AZ150 (150g/m2 minimum coating mass)
- COLORBOND® prepainted steel complying with AS/NZS 2728:Type 4, is made from zinc-aluminium alloy coated steel complying with AS1397-2001, G550 (550MPa minimum yield stress), AZ150 (150g/m2 minimum coating mass), or
- COLORBOND® prepainted steel complying with AS/NZS 2728:Type 6, is made from stainless steel complying with JIS G 4305, Grade 430 stainless steel, 430SS550. Subject to enquiry
- The base metal thickness is 0.35mm & 0.42mm (0.48mm subject to enquiry)

LYSAGHT PANELRIB® is available in a limited range of COLORBOND® steel colours and in unpainted ZINCALUME® steel.
Please check with your local supplier regarding specific colour availability for this product.
Design
Span Tables
The maximum recommended support spacings are based on testing in accordance with AS1562.1-1992, AS4040.1-1992 and AS4040.2-1992. Supports must not be less than 1mm BMT.
Wall spans consider resistance to wind pressure only.
