Product Description and Features

LYSAGHT TOPSPAN® 120 is an improved light gauge purlin for use as a substitute for traditional purlin materials. The top hat shaped profile has web stiffening and top flange grooves to improve stiffness.

  • High strength and light weight
  • Long life and fire resistance
  • Does not shrink, warp or twist
  • Can be mounted on rafters or against columns without the use of cleats or bolts
  • Qualifies as a termite resistant material under the Building Code of Australia
  • Large spanning capabilities of up to 6m with no bridging required
