Product Description and Features
LYSAGHT TOPSPAN® 120 is an improved light gauge purlin for use as a substitute for traditional purlin materials. The top hat shaped profile has web stiffening and top flange grooves to improve stiffness.
- High strength and light weight
- Long life and fire resistance
- Does not shrink, warp or twist
- Can be mounted on rafters or against columns without the use of cleats or bolts
- Qualifies as a termite resistant material under the Building Code of Australia
- Large spanning capabilities of up to 6m with no bridging required
