2. GreenSmart First In NSW


The Stockland property group's new Bridgewater SmartLiving Display Village at South Camden on Sydney's outskirts is using designs from six of Sydney's prominent builders to highlight practical environmental principles. 3. HIA Home And Building Expo, Brisbane 26-29 May 2005

The HIA Home and Building Expo is on again this year, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. 4. New Facility Shows Its Mettle

Metaland's newest Victorian franchise is off to a strong start, with help from BlueScope Lysaght. Located in Echuca, 230 kilometres north of Melbourne on the Murray River, the new branch was officially opened earlier this year, on 4 February 2005. 5. New Ventilation System Makes Roofs Breathe Easier

A Brisbane company has optimised a way to ventilate commercial and industrial buildings without spoiling rooflines. Eziform Sheet Metal Pty Ltd claims its system improves air circulation while maintaining an effective seal against rainwater intrusion. Its natural roof ventilation system uses roof flashings and ridge capping the company manufactures from COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel. Read more:
