The challenge

Provide long term assistance over 20 years for the development of world scale coal loading facility and devise a robust enclosure solution for four kilometre long conveyors built over salt water in a cyclone zone.

The solution

• Design and supply enclosure materials including 120 tonnes of extruded aluminum purlins and girts and 25,000 square metres of PERMALITE LT7® cladding with a cyclone rated fixing system.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and on site support to consulting engineers and construction contractors over three phases of the facility’s expansion.
