Product Description and Features
LYSAGHT UNI-PIER® is a replacement for brick piers, concrete or timber stumps, or painted steel posts. Used with timber or steel bearers for clad or brick houses, LYSAGHT UNI-PIER® can be cast into concrete or bolted to a precast concrete footing.
- Suitable for up to a 4.0m fall of land
- Strong Australian steel with hot dipped galvanised durability
- Designed for any normal domestic suspended floor including roof and wall loads
- Adjustable head (up to 200mm adjustment) and light weight make for fast and simple levelling and installation
- Suitable for supporting either steel or timber bearer and joists
- Fully integrated antcap protects against termites, and along with the pre-drilled, integrated cleat and welded base plate saves fabrication time and labour
- Available in 65 x 65 x 2mm post size with heights from 200mm to 2800mm (in 200mm increments). Posts 75 x 75 x 2.5mm are available for larger grids, higher loading and higher post heights
- BCA and Australian Standard compliance and pre-engineered load tables make council approval easy
