Warranties for Installations Prior to 04/08/2008

These warranties were available on application at the time of installation for installations prior to 04/08/2008.

Roofing

Roofing made from COLORBOND® steel

For roofs installed between April 2005 and August 2008, warranties covered up to 30 years against corrosion to perforation, and up to 12 years against paint flake & peel (ie delamination) on application at the time of installation.

For roofs installed between Nov 2001 and April 2005, warranties covered up to 25 years against corrosion to perforation, and up to 12 years against paint flake & peel (ie delamination) on application at the time of installation.

Eaves Gutters and Downpipes

Residential Applications

For COLORBOND® steel residential gutters and downpipes installed between Nov 2001 and August 2008, the warranty available on application at the time of installation covers 12 years against corrosion to perforation, and 12 years against paint flake & peel (ie delamination), for installations greater than 200m from salt marine influence.
